Return & Refund Policy

SHIPPING
We proudly offer Free Shipping for all orders over $250 (valid on orders shipped to the United States but excludes Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories). For all orders under $250, shipping cost is based on location, the items in your order and is determined at checkout. The rate for shipping international orders is also determined at checkout. Orders placed before 12pm typically ship out the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day. Tracking information and status updates will be emailed to you once the order has been processed and shipped. Buyers are responsible for providing a secure place for dropping off the package. If your neighborhood is not safe, please route your package to another safe address, Erica Wilson Inc. is not responsible for stolen/lost packages. Please contact your local post office and police office for a stolen/lost package.
If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address that you provided, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

SHIPPING ISSUES
If your package’s tracking number indicates that your order was delivered but you are unable to locate your parcel, please be sure to check around your property/lobby/mailroom and reach out to neighbors in case someone has accepted the package on your behalf or it was misdelivered. We advise waiting 1-2 business days to see if the package is redelivered by the carrier. If your package has still not been located or redelivered after 2 days, please notify the carrier directly in order to file a claim and launch an investigation.

EXCHANGES
If you'd like to exchange an item, please email us at customerservice@ericawilson.com with your name, order number, and requested item for exchange. All qualifying orders will receive a return authorization and $18 return label fee will be waived.

REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. The following conditions apply:

  • Returns or exchanges must be within 10 days of receiving the item.
  • All items must be returned in saleable condition with original tags affixed and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Fibers, Needlework and Needlework Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Gift returns will receive a non-refundable gift card.

Prior to shipping, please email customerservice@ericawilson.com with your order number and desired items to return. A Return Authorization and shipping label will be provided. If you would prefer a credit to the original form of payment, a $18 fee will be deducted from your return. If you would prefer a store credit the $18 fee will be waived. Please note, we are not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

WEB & STORE RETURNS
You cannot return an item purchased on our website to our physical store.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Prices are subject to change. Erica Wilson works hard to ensure accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. Erica Wilson reserves the right to change the current advertised price. Online promotions and prices are not valid in stores. These offers cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other discount offer.
