- All returns must be sent to Erica Wilson Inc, 25 Main St, Nantucket, MA 02554 with written authorization from Erica Wilson Inc.
- Once your return is received within the 10 day period, you will receive an email with the e-gift card to use on future purchases.
- All returns must be pre-approved by Erica Wilson and returned with an assigned Return Authorization number. Before returning any merchandise, please email us at: email@example.com and we will issue you an RA#.
- Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the original ship date.
- Erica Wilson is not responsible for missing packages.
- Original and return shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your order but returned your order, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of an error on our part or in the case of damaged merchandise.
